Great seller and excellent communication! Nav was very helpful and patient throughout the entire rental. The Starlink Mini had some connection issues when we first set it up, but the Nav was very responsive and helped us troubleshoot the problem right away. Nav patiently walked us through checking the power, positioning, and setup & when we had questions about the Starlink plan and needed to make changes, he help us get it sorted out. Everything was handled professionally and communication was great throughout the process. We really appreciate the support and would definitely recommend this seller to others & rent from him again. Great customer service, great experience overall!
