Cancellation & Store Credit Policy

Plans change. Eligible cancellations are normally resolved with store credit you can use toward a future booking.

Changing your dates

Contact us as early as possible. Where the equipment is available for your new dates we will move your booking and carry your $75 booking deposit across at no extra charge.

Customer cancellations

When you cancel an eligible booking, the $75 booking deposit is normally issued as store credit rather than a cash refund. Store credit is recorded against your customer record and can be applied to a future rental or drone service.

We may still issue a cash refund in legitimate exceptional circumstances — for example a duplicate payment, a charge made in error, or where a refund is required by law.

If we cannot fulfil your booking

If we cannot supply the equipment, or a drone flight cannot safely or legally proceed and cannot be rescheduled, you may choose store credit or a refund of amounts paid for that booking.

How store credit works

  • Issued against your customer record with an amount and remaining balance.
  • Can be used across multiple future bookings until the balance is used.
  • Applied by us when your next booking is confirmed — just mention it.
  • Not transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
  • Every redemption is recorded so your balance is always traceable.

Refundable equipment deposits

Refundable equipment deposits ($300 Starlink, $550 Starlink with power station) are separate from the booking deposit and from your rental total. They are never converted into store credit and are returned after the equipment is returned complete, undamaged and in working condition. Where equipment is lost or damaged, the repair or replacement cost may be deducted.

Late returns and no-shows

Late returns may incur additional calendar-day charges at the published rate. If you do not collect the equipment and do not contact us, the booking deposit may be retained to cover the reserved dates.
